What is the Motability Scheme?

The Motability Scheme is designed to give everyone their freedom by enabling disabled people to lease a brand new car by exchanging their government funding. At Citygate, we have a wide range of vehicles to choose from across our five brands meaning there is a vehicle to suit each individuals specific needs.

We know that you have more important things to worry about and aim to take the hassle out of car ownership. When you purchase a car on the Motability Scheme there are no hidden costs; servicing, maintenance, insurance. road tax and breakdown cover is all included. 

Am I Eligible?

If you receive any of the the below allowances and have at least 12 months' award length remaining you could qualify for the Motability Scheme:

• The War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS)
• The Higher Rate of Mobility of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
• The Enhanced Rate of Mobility on the Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
• The Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
