Although I conducted my purchase by phone and email it all went very well the staff were very pleasant and helpful particularly Fernando who dealt with the sale.Josh picked us up at the train station as we traveled from Nottingham and handled the handover,my wife was given a bouquet of flowers and we had a nice journey home in our new car which we are delighted with.
