The Citygate Academy is Awarded IMI Approved Centre Status
We are incredibly proud to have been awarded IMI Approved Centre Status at the Citygate Academy so we can continue to grow the skills of our employees.
Our Academy opened in July 2018 and offers programmes ranging from the initial Induction for all our new starters each month through to an internal, yearlong MDP (Management Development Programme).

Partnering with the IMI was for us, an easy decision and having now worked through the application process to Approved Centre status, it has been very rewarding to realise we operate to such high standards with our learning syllabus. Ensuring each training module has robust learning objectives, is being delivered consistently with a mechanism for auditable testing is just so important in today’s Automotive Industry.
