Our Citygate Bodyshops are authorised repairers of Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, ŠKODA, SEAT, CUPRA, Kia, & Audi. To achieve the Approved Bodyshop Standards Badge we have to follow an extensive process which ensures all of our sites meet the manufacturer standards, this includes using only the most advanced equipment and training each of our employees to the highest standard.

Choosing where to have your car repaired is an extremely important decision which has lasting consequences. Understandably, what matters to you is cost, trust, convenience, service and anything that affects your time and peace of mind.

Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated on the repair and provide a thorough handover to explain the work we have carried out. Upon completion, you will also get an opportunity to tell us how you think we did via a customer experience survey.

Your opinion is really important to us and to Volkswagen and we would love to hear your thoughts on our service. Volkswagen will send a short customer survey invitation to you by email and we would be most grateful if you would complete this for us. You should receive the invitation a few days after your vehicle is returned to you so please watch out for it in your email inbox, also please check your spam/junk folder just in case it’s in there.

It's a common misconception that you have to use a garage recommended by your insurance company to repair your car after an accident, but this is simply not true. Most insurers are keen to minimise the cost of repairs rather than prioritising the quality, safety and integrity of the work required to restore your car to its pre-accident condition.

Insurance companies often steer customers to their "approved" repair network which is contracted to work on all makes of cars, at discounted rates in return for high volumes of referrals. This usually means that the repairer is not approved by the manufacturer and unfortunately this can lead to vehicles being repaired incorrectly.
