COVID-19 Update | Face Coverings at Citygate

As we at Citygate respond to the latest change in government guidance, safety continues to be front of mind for our customers and of course for our teams. While there will be no legal requirement for our COVID-19 safety measures from 19th July, we are determined to be considerate to all and ensure we best protect and support our customers and teams in the weeks ahead.

In line with Government guidance, the wearing of face coverings inside Citygate businesses will be a personal choice that is encouraged. Our team will be encouraged to wear face coverings but of course, it is no longer a legal requirement. If you want to wear a face-covering and would prefer the team member you deal with to be wearing one then please let us know. Our priority is your comfort and safety.

For test drives and customer accompanied road tests, our staff will continue to wear face coverings.

Screens on our customer-facing desk will remain in place and we are committed to maintaining all our cleaning measures throughout the business.  

All other COVID-19 measures and best working practices will remain in place to ensure we continue to minimise risk and provide confidence to all Citygate visitors.
