We are looking for a Car Park Attendant to join the team at West London Volkswagen.
Outline of the role
To ensure customers know where to park, directing flow of customers in and out of the site, and greeting them on arrival.
To greet all customers courteously on arrival at retailer
To direct all customers to Reception
To move vehicles around company premises as required
To check and record damaged areas on all vehicles
To ensure all vehicles are not left outside overnight
To drive vehicles in a highly responsible manner with the aim of minimising the possibility of damaging customer and courtesy vehicles
To attain customer service levels in keeping with Company standards
To ensure compliance with Health and Safety, COSHH, EPA and all other legal requirements
To comply with Company procedures
To maintain the highest standards of appearance and presentation, and to wear company uniform if appropriate
To promote a positive Company image at all times
To promote good departmental and inter-departmental team spirit
To report any serious problems or concerns without delay
A driving license is essential for this role.
