This role requires you to manage the Technical Service Department and to work closely with the Customer Service team to achieve quality and customer care objectives.
Key objectives include;
VAG experience would be advantageous but not necessary. The dealership is a VW National top 10 business and is looking for someone to maintain this level of performance.
