About the role
Citygate are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Advisor to join our Customer Communication Team based in our High Wycombe dealership.
You will be required to take incoming calls for all 11 branches from our customers and efficiently direct the calls to the correct dealership. You will be working within a fast-paced environment dealing with a variety of customers where you are required to maintain a professional and polite manner at all times.
- To answer incoming telephone calls promptly and where possible within three rings.
- To qualify customers’ requirements.
- To maintain detailed and thorough customer records.
- To build a report with our customers and uphold professional standards at all times.
What we’re looking for
Ideally you will:
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be computer literate.
- Be committed to providing the highest levels of customer care.
- Previous switchboard experience would be a benefit in this role but not essential as full training will be provided.
