Citygate

Citygate is currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Advisor  to join our centralised Communications Centre based in High Wycombe.

You will be required to take incoming customer calls for all 10 branches and efficiently direct these calls to the correct destination. Previous switchboard experience would be a benefit in this role but not essential as full training will be provided.

Ideally you will:

• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be computer literate.
• Be committed to providing the highest levels of customer care.
