The role requires you to deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key tasks will include;
Answering incoming telephone calls promptly and where possible within three rings.
Qualifying customer requirements.
Confirming all customer details are recorded accurately on the system and amend where necessary.
Recording all collection and deliveries in the diary.
Liaising with parts department on parts availability.
Confirming with relevant staff at all sites the collection and deliveries booked for the next day via e-mail.
Sending confirmation e-mails where possible.
