About the role
Citygate are currently recruiting for a Bookings Advisor to join our Customer Communication Team based in our High Wycombe dealership.
The role will require you to to deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner maintaining the highest standards of Customer Service.
- To answer incoming telephone calls promptly and where possible within three rings.
- To qualify customers’ requirements.
- To record all customer requirements, special instructions, phone numbers and payment details onto our internal systems.
- To record all collection and deliveries in the diary and liaise with the team to organise this.
- To liaise with parts department on parts availability.
- To maintain detailed and thorough customer records.
What we’re looking for
Ideally you will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- A positive attitude and presentable manner to maintain the Citygate standards at all time.
- The motivation to maximise booking potential.
- A basic understanding of all model service regimes.
- Familiarity with Data Protection policies and Health and Safety standards.
