Citygate

Citygate are currently recruiting for a Showroom Host to join the team at Citygate SEAT Twickenham

You will be the first face customers see when they enter the showroom so we are looking for someone who is warm and can engage with our customers. You will be asked to help out wherever necessary to ensure our customers feel welcome, including providing refreshments and maintaining the high standards of our showroom. You must be organised as you will be responsible for the dealership diary and customer enquiries, both in person and over the phone.

Ideally you will have

• A friendly face.
• A confidence when working with customers face to face and over the phone.
• General IT experience including Excel.
• The ability to multi task and work in a face paced environment.
• A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer care.
