About the role

We are looking for a Retail Car Sales Executive to work within Citygate Kia Slough. Experience within the motor trade would be advantageous but not essential as training would be provided throughout your development, however, applicants must have experience within a direct sales environment (e.g. window or phone sales).

  • Basic Salary of £12,500- £20,000 (based on sales performance) and a company car with a fuel allowance.
  • First-year OTE £46,650. Experienced people will be looking at an OTE of £68,500.

Please note, a full driving licence is ESSENTIAL and you must be willing to work weekends.

Hours of work are Monday to Saturday 8.30 am – 6.00 pm with one day off during the week and every other Sunday 10 am – 4 pm.

The role of Sales Executive demands an understanding of an effective sales process, the ability to adapt to the individual needs of our customers and a clear focus on volume and margin objectives. You will be required to maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and related processes.
