We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Bodyshop Administrator to join our team at Kia Slough.
To manage Citygate’s Bodyshop customer and administration needs, achieving key targets, delivering customer satisfaction and strive for continuous improvements
- To Work as a member of the Bodyshop Team in line with the skills and behaviours associated with the Citygate Experience and Brand Values
- Managing the day to day operations of the front of house of the Bodyshop to ensure the achievement of key targets (e.g. BodyShop loading, labour sales, customer satisfaction)
- Continuously reviewing and improving Bodyshop processes and systems to deliver increased levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising profitability and quality of workmanship
- Working with colleagues across Citygate to investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Arranging customer bookings in line with key targets (e.g. BodyShop loading, labour sales, customer satisfaction)
- Job pack creation at point of customer booking ensuring parts are ordered, courtesy car allocated, Bodynet updated.
- Leasing with customers, establishing their needs and requirements and providing updates in line with the customers’ expectations.
- Bodyshop Banking completed daily
- Check and forward completed invoices to the insurance companies.
- Arrange customer collection and vehicle hand over.
- Estimating, updating estimates when supplementary estimates are required .
