Fleet Sales Administrator - Wooburn Green Wooburn Green

Overview of Role

If you are a conscientious and organised Administrator with exceptional attention to detail, we have a great opportunity for you to join one of our prestigious and highly-regarded departments. We rely on our Sales Administrators to make the customer journey as easy and efficient as possible, and we are looking for a results-oriented, customer-focused individual to join us. This is an important role within the corporate department that requires impeccable accuracy, immediate response and intricate planning. The role encompasses all areas of the department. The position is one of self-discipline and a high understanding of the industry coupled with strong product knowledge


The working hours are from 0830hrs until 1730hrs (which includes one hour for lunch).


Obviously, you will be expected as a team member to put in the necessary hours complete any outstanding/unfinished tasks thus maximising department efficiency. The Role

Commercial Vehicles Business Development Executive
Based at Citygate Wooburn Green

This role will require you to prospect and sell new and used commercial vehicles to business customers. You will use a tailored specialist process to determine and meet the needs of our potential customers.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in a Business 2 Business Sales role. (Product training will be provided) You must be highly driven and able to work under your own initiative and manage your time effectively. You must be smart and presentable and have the ability to represent the business in a professional manner. You will also be fully trained in specialist CV conversion sales.


Main purpose of the job:

• To prospect and introduce new business into the commercial vehicle sales department.

• To manage all B2B Commercial Vehicle leads, internally and externally

• To create and utilise a prospecting database

• To present to and show benefits of the dealership to new business prospects

• To work closely with CV Sales Manager in agreeing strategy for the development of new business

• To achieve the prescribed minimum number of new appointments a month

• To pro-actively target end of contract prospects


Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm (some Saturday cover may be required to meet the needs of the business.


You must hold a full UK driving licence.

About the Position:

Citygate Automotive is currently recruiting for a Communication Centre Advisor – working within our centralised Communication Centre based in High Wycombe. You will be required to take incoming calls and make outbound calls to our customer and efficiently deal with their enquiry. 


About the Person:

Ideally, you will:

Have call centre experience

Have excellent communication skills

Be computer literate

Be committed to providing the highest levels of customer care

Have the proactive ability to follow up

Have good administration skills

Be self-motivated as well as being a team player


The days / hours of work - Saturday 8am - 5:30pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm.
