Overview of Role
If you are a conscientious and organised Administrator with exceptional attention to detail, we have a great opportunity for you to join one of our prestigious and highly-regarded departments. We rely on our Sales Administrators to make the customer journey as easy and efficient as possible, and we are looking for a results-oriented, customer-focused individual to join us. This is an important role within the corporate department that requires impeccable accuracy, immediate response and intricate planning. The role encompasses all areas of the department. The position is one of self-discipline and a high understanding of the industry coupled with strong product knowledge
The working hours are from 0830hrs until 1730hrs (which includes one hour for lunch).
Obviously, you will be expected as a team member to put in the necessary hours complete any outstanding/unfinished tasks thus maximising department efficiency. Holiday entitlement is subject to your contract but please note that you will be unable to take the two weeks prior and two weeks post to the industry vehicle registration dates.

Previous experience in a Sales Administration role within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of commercial database systems.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent administration, typing and data entry skills.
To ensure the well being and smooth running of the Group Fleet Sales office in conjunction with Citygate Group and representative brands.
To support and administer any clerical requirements for the department’s local business development team.
Duties & Responsibilities
(a) Primary Tasks
Administration of the Fleet Sales Ordering process
Primary customer liaison for Fleet Sales
Co-ordination of all vehicle deliveries
Prompt and efficient organisation of demonstrators
Accurate data input and maintenance of vehicle records
Taxation of all new vehicles
Implementation of all direct /agency requirements
(b) Secondary Tasks
Administrative and telephonic support for local business development team
Co-ordination of all departmental database and vehicle records
Weekly status reports and customer updates
Adherence to all leasing company requirements
Secondary cover in absence of other administration absence
